Refund Process

To request a refund please email us with your order information. Once your refund request is received, we will evaluate and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with In 7 working days. The refund process may vary, depending upon the bank as well.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has not been received within 20 working days, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If they are unaware of any impending credits, please sapeducation@electromechglobal.com.
Bundled, sale, and discounted items course purchased as part of a sale or discount scheme will be refunded at their purchase price if applicable. Bundled discounts cannot be refunded individually.
